Where is the studio located, and what are your operating hours?
We are located in Orange, California. Operating hours are by appointment only, ensuring personalized attention for every client. -

Our all-female team creates a warm, empowering environment, celebrating the beauty and diversity of all clients. We offer full-service photography, including makeup, hairstyling, wardrobe, and set design.
Booking and Appointments

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations require at least 72 hours’ notice to retain your deposit as a credit for future use. Deposits are non-refundable but can be converted into store credit or used for a future booking if cancellation policies are followed. -
What happens if I’m late?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for your session. If you’re late, it may shorten your session time to avoid impacting other appointments. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will not be held, and a new deposit will be required for rescheduling.

What’s included in your photography packages?
Our packages vary but typically include access to styled rooms, professional photography, basic editing, and high-quality retouched photos. Makeup, hairstyling, and wardrobe options are available for select packages. Please check the detailed on our service page. -
Can I customize my session?
Yes! You can add extra outfits, customize backdrops, or additional edits for an extra fee. Let us know your preferences when booking. -
Can I record behind-the-scenes videos?
Unauthorized filming is not allowed. However, you can inform us in advance, and we usually have staff available to record behind-the-scenes footage for you. -
Can I include people or pets in my photos?
Yes, you can! Please let us know in advance. We can adjust the scene to include people or pets for an additional fee of around $100-$200, depending on the complexity.
Editing and Delivery

Do you provide unedited photos?
We do not deliver unedited photos. However, unedited previews are available during the photo selection process. -
What’s the difference between basic editing, retouching, and extra editing?
- Original Images: Unedited, used only for selection purposes.
- Basic Editing: Color correction, exposure adjustments, and removing obvious flaws like background distractions.
- Advanced Retouching: Skin smoothing, body and face adjustments (e.g., double chin, symmetry), and enhancing makeup.
- Opt for Extra Editing (additional fees apply): Custom requests like background removal, extensions, special effects, or detailed aesthetic changes. Fees depend on the complexity and time required for the requested edits. -
How long does it take to receive my photos?
- Basic edits: 48 hours
- Retouched photos: 10 business days

How do I access my photos once they’re ready?
You’ll receive an email notification with download instructions and your secure online gallery. -
How long will my photos be available for download?
Your photos will remain available for 120 days from the time you receive access. Please make sure to download them promptly!
